NOTICE - New in house field layout and rules

To all In House Coaches:

All teams will conduct games at the Intermediate school.

All practices will be at the Intermediate school. (all fields)
Practice can begin at the end of August sometime.
Weekday practices can not begin until 5:30 or when the middle school teams are done with their games or practices.
Be smart don’t ruin the fields. Do not practice when it is raining hard or the fields are extremely wet or there is lightning.
All goals must be moved from the fields after practice to the area by the POD and bleachers.

DO NOT LEAVE THEM FOR THE MIDDLE SCHOOL TEAMS TO MOVE.

 

Risk Management:

All coaches, managers, age group commissioners, and adult referees must register thru ekids safe or have act 33/34 clearance. If you do not do this PA West will remove you as a volunteer. Register here https://ssl.hammersoccer.com/pawkidsafe/RiskUser.asp

Medical release forms must be signed and with coaches at all time.

Parent/Coach Code of Conduct Form: All parents have read and signed the Coach Copy. 

Coach can either print copies to give to parents, or ask parents to download from website.

COACH NOTES 

 
  1. All players must play a minimum of 2 complete quarters.
  2. If both coaches agree, the number of players can be adjusted to suit attendance on any given week.
  3. All players should fill out and return the Medical Release Form to their coaches.
  4. All players MUST wear shin guards. Please tell parents of this requirement.
  5. Barrettes, watches and jewelry of any kind is not permitted during play.
  6. Please have players arrive an EXTRA half hour early on Picture Day.
  7. Please arrange a schedule for halftime oranges and after game drink and snack.
  8. no littering on school fields.
  9. U7 is 4v4

Refunds are not given until the season starts.

$12 PA West registration fee is non refundable after registration has been made.

$15 Uniform fee will be assessed if ordered before request for refund.

No refunds once season starts.
